Review: Summer Series Book 3 - We'll Always Have Summer by Jenny Han I recently read the third book in the Summer series by Jenny Han, titled "We'll Always Have Summer." As a fan of the previous two books, I eagerly awaited this final installment to see how everything would wrap up. Overall, I was not disappointed. The story follows the main character, Lara Jean Covey, as she navigates her way through her senior year of high school and tries to figure out what she wants for her future. Along the way, she reconnects with her childhood friend Ben Kennedy, who has returned to their hometown after years away. As they spend more time together, Lara Jean begins to realize that there may be feelings between them that go beyond friendship. One of the things I loved about this book was how it tied in elements from the previous two books. It felt like a satisfying conclusion to the story arc that had been established over the course of the series. The characters were also well-developed and relatable, which made it easy to get invested in their journey. However, one thing I did find frustrating was how slow the pacing was at times. There were moments where nothing seemed to be happening, and it felt like the story was dragging. It didn't help that there were several plot twists that felt forced or unbelievable, which made it difficult to fully immerse myself in the story. Overall, "We'll Always Have Summer" is a satisfying conclusion to the Summer series by Jenny Han. While it may not be perfect, it still offers plenty of heart and emotion for fans of the genre.
