In this review, we will discuss the different categories of Cali'flour Foods products and our thoughts on them. Pizza Crusts: Cali'flour Foods offers a variety pack of pizza crusts that are made with fresh cauliflower base. These crusts are low carb, high protein, gluten-free, and keto friendly. They come in six boxes containing twelve crusts each. The plain version is vegan and paleo friendly as well. We found these crusts to be crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. They were easy to use and baked evenly. However, we noticed that they had a slightly bitter taste compared to traditional pizza crusts. Flatbreads: Cali'flour Foods also offers flatbreads made with fresh cauliflower base. These flatbreads are low carb, gluten-free, and keto friendly. They come in five-inch sizes and there are 24 counts per box. We found these flatbreads to be crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. They were easy to use and baked evenly. However, we noticed that they had a slightly bitter taste compared to traditional flatbreads. Pasta: Cali'flour Foods offers high-protein, anti-inflammatory rotini & penne made with just two ingredients - cauliflower and yellow lentils. These pasta products are no added sugar or preservatives, grain free, low-glycemic, and keto friendly. They come in four boxes containing 12 servings each. We found these pasta products to be chewy and flavorful. They were easy to cook and did not require any additional seasoning. However, we noticed that they had a slightly bitter taste compared to traditional pasta products. Snacks: Cali'flour Foods also offers cauliflower crackers made with real food from the ground up. These crackers are high protein, gluten-free, soy-free, peanut-free, and keto friendly. They come in a six-pack containing sea salt flavor. We found these crackers to be crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. They were easy to use and tasted great. However, we noticed that they had a slightly bitter taste compared to traditional crackers.
